It’s easy with the Rolex GMT Master or Explorer II:
Important: The hour hand and the 24 hour hand must display the same time.
However, it even works with a normal watch, even if you need to “think about it,” which is otherwise unnecessary with the GMT or Explorer II:
Important: During daylight savings time, the imaginary line must pass through the 1 o’clock position instead of the 12 o’clock position.
